DISCUSSION BOARD GUIDELINES: 1. You must have an original post. This post must be reflective of your own ideas and thoughts. It is your own response to the original prompt shared.
2. You must respond to at least two of your peers. Remember, be reflective in nature. Do you agree or disagree and why? Can you provide any additional insight to your peer's response? Tell each other what you think, your initial thoughts, and the connections you are making!
3. Your responses (original and peer replies) must be AT LEAST 5 sentences in length. Discussion posts are exactly that, a discussion. Rarely would you ever engage in a conversation with someone with a reply that is barely 3 sentences long. We expect for your responses to be both insightful and engaging. Many of you will find your responses well over the 5 sentence limit!
Remember, discussion posts are an extension of the classroom environment. The same rules and expectations apply online. Be respectful, appropriate, and kind!
